Did you know... that our checkout now accepts payment for most orders requiring a shipping quote?
Return to Did You Know ArchiveAdded: 10/22/2012 On 10/17/2012, we integrated most shipping quotes into our checkout (see below for exceptions) so
you now can complete payment using our checkout (for both U.S. and non-U.S. orders!).
What has changed? In the past, you first requested your shipping quotes and after you
received them, you could not pay through our checkout. But NOW we will send you an e-mail stating
that your quotes are ready and it will include a link to go to our checkout to complete payment.
When you get to the checkout, it will show you your shipping options there, and after you select
your preferred shipping method, you can then complete payment within the checkout with your credit
card or PayPal (if you wish to pay in a different way, you can't pay within the checkout at this
time).
Are there any exceptions? Pay and Hold orders can NOT be completed at this time due to
the complicated nature of Pay and Hold, but we are now working to integrate that with the checkout
as well and plan to have that available at some point. But now you can pay for all orders that
require shipping quotes through our checkout (if you use PayPal or a credit card), which makes it
easier for you and faster for us!

And once you HAVE completed an order requiring a shipping quote through our
checkout, we'd like to ask you to let us know your impressions.

This is just one more step in our continuing process of constantly truly improving every aspect of
our business. Over the coming weeks and months we will continue to focus on improving our checkout,
until we reach the time that all our customers can completely check out online, thus greatly
speeding up the process and eliminating the need for e-mails and phone calls (but we WILL
continue to take payments the "old-fashioned way", for those of you who like doing so! And of
course, whenever we make further improvements to our checkout, or to any aspect of our business, we will alert you whenever we
do so.
