And his very long life (he just passed away just shy of 99!) was filled with FAR more than just movie poster illustration!

One would THINK that there would be definitive information about exactly what movie posters Albert Kallis illustrated, but amazingly, there is not. Here are just a few of the many great posters we know he did for certain:

And you may be thinking, "Hey, what about Creature From the Black Lagoon? Isn't that Albert Kallis at?". For many, many years we have been told this art was by either Albert Kallis or Reynold Brown, and in every case they had no substantive info to prove that, just that they "heard it" or "read it!" SOMEWHERE, and that is not good enough for us!

Our Auction History ONLY credits artists when an image includes the signature OR when we receive authoritative information connecting the artist to that very image. Here are 3 of the images that some people say are Albert Kallis and same say are Reynold Brown, but NO ONE has any proof:
