Did You Know that even though we no longer have new ones, you can still view all of our past TWO THOUSAND Face/Offs?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 05/15/2017 Way back on April 1, 2009, we added a new feature to our site, called the Daily Face/Off. We posted a new Face/Off every day at noon Central Time, and each lasted one day (until noon the next day), except for the ones that started on Friday which we ran until Monday. Each day, we presented two images, and everybody could vote for either image! It didn't matter how people chose to vote, because it was just for fun. But many of the Face/Offs yielded very surprising results, both the ones that were complete runaways, and the ones that were super close (and several were exact ties, or were settled by a single vote!). On December 30, 2016, we ended the Face/Offs, partly because we didn't have the time to prepare them each day, and partly because we were running out of ideas! But because we know many of you were not participating those 7+ years, we added our Face/Off Archives to our site, where you can view all the results of ALL of our past TWO THOUSAND Face/Offs. You should take a look at some or many of them, both because it's a lot of fun to see how everyone voted and also because the graphics of each Face/Off are also a lot of fun because they tie images from the movies or stars represented in new and sometimes unusual ways. And maybe some day, when you least expect it, the Daily Face/Off will return!
