Did you know... that each auction has an added 'Notes' page with more information about that set of auctions?

Each of our auctions has a link to a comprehensive "Notes" page, which explains details that pertain to that auction such as:

  • Details about the items in the auctions (aka the "Special Notes"). These details sometimes include a chart of the items (to help you better find what you are looking for), info about any special collections offered in the auction, an overview of how we condition graded the items, and details about any bonuses included with purchases.

  • U.S. and Non-U.S. Shipping Details. These sections provide an overview of the costs of shipping from that auction. There is also a chart of our other recent auctions showing what can and can not be combined in shipping. For non-U.S. customers, we also provide a chart showing estimated shipping rates. These serve to help you gauge approximately what the cost of shipping will be.

  • The Special Notes pages also include links to our policies, Questions and Answers page (which is VERY useful for most questions pertaining to the auctions), and samples of fixed price items that may be added to your order for little or no extra shipping.

It can be very beneficial to you to review the Special Notes and shipping sections in particular as they are different from auction to auction.

So how can you find the Notes pages? There are links to them in several places, and any time you click on a Notes link, it will open in a new window, so you never have to worry about having to click your "back" button when you are done reviewing them. Here are some places you can find the Notes links:

  • From our homepage, look near the center of the page where we show samples from each of our current auctions. Below the sample auction is an "Sunday Auction Notes" button (this example takes you to the current Sunday Auctions' notes).

  • There is a "Sunday Auction Auction Notes" button near the top of each of our galleries, such as our current Sunday Gallery.

  • There is a link at the top of each individual auction page just to the right of the image, such as in this example (see the button we "encircled" with a red square):

  • We also include links to the Notes pages in every e-mail club message within the sections that promote each individual auction.

  • Finally, we have a Special Notes Archive in case you need to refer to previous auction's Notes, and you may either browse the Notes pages OR you can search for them by the lot number (such as "6g234").

If you CAN'T find the answer to a question or problem you have, please feel free to call or email us, and we will get you the information or answer you need. But please first try the above links to see if they have what you are looking for, because we are SO busy preparing 3,000 auctions a week that we just don't have enough time to answer all the questions we get (and it is frustrating to get some that are already answered on the site).
