Did you know... that Bruce was on vacation this past week and everything ran smoothly without him?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 03/25/2019 There was something unusual about this past week, which is that Bruce was on vacation the entire week! Now he has previously taken lots of small vacations (usually two to four days), and that has not created any problems here, because so many of the very top people here have been here ten or more years. But this week represented something new, where Bruce went away the entire week, and once again, everything ran smoothly without him (and we imagine almost every one of you did not even realize he was gone, except for those few who tried to contact him). Bruce has run this business for 29 years (this June will mark its 30th anniversary!), and he wants time to do other things, most especially travel. There will be more and more times when he takes vacations, but he makes the following promise to all of you: IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH US IN ANY WAY, AND YOU WANT TO TALK TO BRUCE ABOUT IT, AND YOU FEEL IT JUST CAN'T WAIT, THEN JUST LET US KNOW THAT, AND HE WILL DROP WHATEVER HE IS DOING WHEREVER HE IS AND GET BACK TO YOU, JUST AS HE HAS ALWAYS DONE IN THE PAST (if it CAN wait, then he will get back to you as soon as he returns)!
