Did you know... where on eMoviePoster.com you go to find which sets of auctions can be combined with each other and more valuable info on each set?

Sometimes we get asked questions about shipping (usually about what can and can't be combined) where the answers are readily available on our site! We know that it is hard to keep up with all the printed material you are exposed to on a daily basis (in our auctions and everywhere else), so we present the below, because we know a lot of you are not checking the below pages, and once you start doing so, you will be better informed about our auctions, especially as far as combined shipping is concerned!

We maintain a page for each set of live auctions that includes information about the set of auctions including a chart of what can and can't be combined.  You can find that chart by going to our Special Notes page for that set of auctions. You can get there in several ways:

  • From our homepage under each heading for auctions (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) and below the image, you can click on the "Info" button.
  • When looking at an auction gallery, you can click the red "Learn More" at the top of the gallery.
  • If looking at an individual auction, click "Learn More About These Auctions" below the image of the item.

Once you get to the page, the "combined" info is in the U.S. Shipping Details section. That's it!

Here's an example of one (taken from our auctions that close Tuesday, October 30th):

NOTE: These Tuesday items need to be sent in oversized flat packages so...

*they can be combined with these auctions:

Sunday September 30th groups of 2 or more stills from a single title
Tuesday October 9th single lobby cards
Sunday October 14th single stills
Tuesday October 16th folded one-sheets
Thursday October 18th large French & Italian posters
Sunday October 21st complete & incomplete lobby card sets
Sunday October 28th signed items

*they must be sent separately from these auctions for an additional shipping charge:

Tuesday October 2nd rolled non-U.S. posters
Thursday October 4th rolled 1sheets and special posters
Sunday October 7th bulk lots (NOTE: Some CAN be safely combined, and we will automatically combine if safe to do.)
Thursday October 11th inserts, half-sheets, and more
Tuesday October 23rd rolled non-U.S. posters
Thursday October 25th rolled one-sheets and 30x40s

Of course, after you win items, our Checkout will show you how your order will be combined. Please note that in rare cases, it can't accurately show you what we will do when we actually pack the items (our shipping department makes sure items won't be damaged by combining in those rare cases), but for 99.9% of cases, it is accurate!

In addition the Special Notes page for each set of auctions also contains information about what is being auctioned, so it is well worth getting in the habit of at least skimming over that page before you begin to bid in each new set of auctions (see the below link for more on this).
