We recently received two wonderful emails that we want to share with you. One is from a decades long collector who has consigned to us for many years, and the other is from a major collector who around a year ago started consigning with us.

#1 - "I cannot say loud enough what an amazing job you and your team do with your auctions. It is mind boggling and you can absolutely quote me on what I am saying! I started collecting as a kid, many many years ago. I then became a professional and along the way, I continued collecting, including some items I got in my workplace. Some items are on display in my house and I rotate things a bit, but my wall space is not overwhelming filled.
     I just turned 66 and I know that someday after I am gone, while my friends and family will probably want the odd item to display in their own homes as mementos, I realize that I don’t want any of them to have the burden of disposing of my huge collection. Even more so because none of them would have the expertise to do so properly themselves or without being victimized if they turned it over to others.
     So I am now working on slowly disposing of my collection. While I know all the different auction houses well, know how to build my own website, sell on eBay, etc., none of that makes sense for me to do given how easy it is to work with you and your crew. I cannot tell you how much I marvel at your auctions and the way it all comes together every week.
      You have great people there and they seem to give the same depth of attention to every item, great or small. I have dealt with various employees - mostly by e-mail - but sometimes by phone - and every single one has been helpful and courteous. I have never had a long distance business relationship that has been more professional or trustworthy. #2 - "I'm really very satisfied with your work and our collaboration over this past year. In the past I was consigning to a rival auction house, but then I saw your site and I started to instead entrust my material to you. I really have a lot of material to sell and I'm really satisfied with my choice to change which auction house I use and leave the other one permanently.
     I also want to tell you that I am pleased that you are a valid alternative to the many other auction houses in the world, and for me you are the first and only choice. Thank you so much and let me give you one last compliment ... I really appreciate that you always answer me so quickly and precisely. You are a great group. Good day!"

This is Bruce! Thanks very much to the above consignors for their great praise. People keep asking us how we keep offering the massive volume of quality material week in and week out, year after year (and unlike so many other auctions, we AREN'T simply re-offering items again and again and again that appeared to "sell" but actually didn't).
     The answer is that every month or two brings us another very longtime collector who is ready to sell their large collection, and every month or two brings us another very longtime collector who has previously consigned to other auctions, but has had bad experiences with them, and before long both of these types of consignors end up sending us packages every month or more (or end up bringing all their material to us at once) and it is these consignors that allow us to continue offering SO MUCH material week in and week out, and year after year!
