As many of you know, I, Bruce Hershenson, owner of eMoviePoster.com, have collected pressbooks (and related movie paper like studio yearbooks) for over 30 years, and I have the world's foremost collection of such material. I thought I would share one item with you each week, the type of items you almost surely have never seen before, and which might not come up for sale for DECADES!

This week, I have the pressbook from Christopher Strong, the 1933 Dorothy Arzner airplane aviation infidelity romantic love triangle melodrama (about a famous female aviatrix who has an affair with a married English Parliament member) starring Katharine Hepburn, Colin Clive (in the title role as Sir Christopher Strong), Billie Burke (best remembered as The Good Witch Glenda in "The Wizard of Oz", but she was also a major star in the late 1910s, and in 1921, she married Flo Ziegfeld, creator of "The Ziegfeld Follies", and she retired; but the Ziegfelds were wiped out in 1929 in the stock market crash, and she returned to movies with many roles in the 1930s, and she continued acting all the way until 1960!), Helen Chandler, and Ralph Forbes.
