Cool Item Of the Month: The Way of a Man pressbookReturn to Cool Item of the Month Archive Added: 09/23/2024 As many of you know, I, Bruce Hershenson, owner of eMoviePoster.com, have collected pressbooks (and related movie paper like studio yearbooks) for over 30 years, and I have the world's foremost collection of such material. I thought I would share one item with you this week, the type of items you almost surely have never seen before, and which might not come up for sale for DECADES! This week, I have the pressbook from The Way of a Man, the 1924 Geroge B. Seitz Pathe silent Native American Indian cowboy western serial ("Ten chapters of vibrant thrills!"; "By Emerson Hough, author of 'The Covered Wagon', 'North of 36', Etc.") starring Allene Ray, Harold Miller, Bud Osborne, Lillian Gale, White Horse, Kathryn Appleton, and Lillian Adrian. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
