About The Shipping of Our Current 650 Items
     All of the posters we are currently auctioning are "oversized", meaning that most of them can't be sent in our regular standard-sized flat mailers (and NONE of them can be rolled in a tube). There are possibly a few exceptions (see our shipping section below). This means you mostly will have to pay slightly greater than normal shipping (especially if you live outside the U.S., as the U.S. Post Office has just increased their rates yet again!), but we try to offset that by only charging TWO extra dollar over our regular U.S. shipping rate!

About Our Digital Images of Posters Printed in 2 Pieces
     The Italian two-panels we are offering this week are printed in 2 pieces (because they were made before printers had the ability to print such large posters in one piece, so they were normally printed in two pieces). To give you the best possible idea of what the poster will look like when the pieces are combined, as intended, we photograph each piece separately and then digitally "join" the images to show you what the entire poster looks like (when there are multiple pieces, they are printed with extra blank borders designed to overlap, so that the pieces can be combined to have a perfect "fit"). BUT THE DOWNSIDE TO PHOTOGRAPHING THE INDIVIDUAL SECTIONS BY THEMSELVES IS THAT THE LIGHTING IS NOT EXACTLY THE SAME WHEN WE PHOTOGRAPH EACH PIECE SEPARATELY. Often this leads to one part of the poster appearing darker (or lighter) than the rest of the poster. THIS IS DUE SOLELY TO THE LIGHTING AND DOES NOT MEAN ONE PIECE IS "DARKER" THAN ANOTHER! If one of our posters ACTUALLY has significantly different coloring from one piece to another, we SURELY note that in words. This same "lighter" and "darker" issue can occur in single piece posters, if they are very large (like one-panels that are printed in a single piece), because the poster is so large that the lighting may vary from one area of the poster to another. But know that any color difference from one section of a poster to another, or from one portion of the poster to another, is purely due to photography and is NOT on the actual poster, and when you see the poster in person, you will see that this is correct!

About the Condition
     Note that we give a detailed overall condition grade to every item we sell ("fine", "very good to fine", "very good", "good to very good", "good", and only a few less than "good") along with more details about the condition described in words (but pretty much a general description of the defects, and we only describe specific defects if they are the type that CAN'T be seen in our super-sized images, or if the item is especially valuable). We felt this would help bidders identify items they want to bid on more easily. Of course, we still strongly recommend that you look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, either directly over the phone at 417-256-9616 during our regular business hours which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST except between 12 and 1 when we take lunch, or you can e-mail us payment details, and there are still a few people who fax us!

If you like to pay via Paypal (our PayPal e-mail is "mail@emovieposter.com"), that is fine, but know that PayPal has many glitches, and you should ABSOLUTELY e-mail us separately when you send us a PayPal payment!

As a special offer to our customers, U.S. buyers need to enclose $12 shipping no matter how many items you win!

Why $12 shipping this week?
This week only (because we are selling "oversized" posters which do not fit in our standard mailers, and will need to be sent in large oversized mailers, or between six heavy pieces of large cardboard), all U.S. buyers must pay a total of $12 (twelve) shipping, whether you buy 1 item or 100 (or any number in-between). Note that we FULLY INSURE EVERY U.S. order we send! We will spend the shipping collected on virtually all orders, and we spend far more on those that involve lots of items and high dollar items.

A few of the posters this week are not oversized!
Note that a few of the posters we are selling this week are not "oversized", because they were once folded perfectly in half, which means that they CAN fit in our standard mailers (WE HAVE CLEARLY NOTED WHICH ONES THESE ARE IN THE INDIVIDUAL AUCTION DESCRIPTIONS). But it only makes sense to re-fold these items if they are purchased by themselves (or solely with other items that can be re-folded), because if they are purchased with items that can't be folded, there will be no point in folding them.

WE ARE NOT TRYING TO MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING!
In fact, when we sold these sizes of posters on eBay in the past, we charged $15 for U.S. shipping, but we are making this special "$12 U.S. shipping" offer this week, as a special discount to our buyers in our auctions on our site, even though this means we will lose money on shipping most U.S. packages!

Will your order be shipped to you by UPS?
UPS does NOT automatically require a signature to deliver packages, so if you want the signature to be required, you will need to pay the extra $2.50 UPS charges for "signature required" Delivery Confirmation, and please realize that they will then NOT leave the package, and you may well have to go to the UPS facility yourself to pick it up. But if you prefer this, that is fine, and if you have any other special requirements, please tell us when you are paying for your order. IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THAT YOU WANT SIGNATURE REQUIRED, THEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

You CAN usually combine shipment!
(NOTE: These Thursday items must be sent in "oversized" flat packages and can NOT be combined with the British quads and 30x40s we auction 5/5 to 5/7 [except with some of the folded British quads, and then only if the buyer specifically requests that we do so], and CAN be combined with the three-sheets, six-sheets, and Argentinean posters we will be auctioning on 5/12, and CAN be combined with the one-sheets we will be auctioning 5/12 to 5/21)
     Note that we not only allow you to combine as many items as you want from a single set of EITHER Tuesday or Thursday auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge for all of the items, but we also allow you to wait until the next three sets of auctions end (a total of four sets of auctions) so that you can combine your current purchases with those of our following auctions (if possible), and that means there is a chance you could combine items from up to four of our sets of auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge (assuming those items fit into the same type of package). We KNOW there are other sellers who charge a little less on shipping than we do, but we know that our packaging is the best there is, and our orders virtually never arrive damaged (and on the very rare times that they do, all our U.S. packages are fully insured, and FULL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE U.S. SHIPPING CHARGE).

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE $12 U.S. SHIPPING!

Non-U.S. buyers must pay the actual cost of shipping their order (you can choose whatever method you prefer, but know that the U.S. Post Office has eliminated Surface Mail, so we can only send via Express or Airmail), plus $2 for the best packaging materials you have ever seen.  All non-U.S. buyers must tell us if they want the package sent insured or uninsured at the time they pay for their order.

     IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please bear this shipping cost in mind BEFORE your place a bid (if you live outside the U.S.). The vast majority of our customers want a very securely packed tube, and will pay the extra shipping cost involved (and of course, it goes to the Post Office or UPS, and not us!). Please do not ask us to pack less securely, as that would likely result in a damaged order.
    Some sellers are sending by Ground UPS to Canada, but that incurs large "brokerage fees", so we do not recommend it.  Note that there are also some sellers sending non-U.S. packages via a "Letter" rate, but of course this is not legal, and we can not do this.  We have outlined the possibilities for sending non-U.S. packages above, so please read that carefully, BEFORE placing a bid!

Do you have a friend or relative who lives in the United States? Some of our customers either visit the U.S. regularly, or have friends or relatives within the U.S., and often those customers have us send their orders to a U.S. address, and then they transport the posters from there. THIS CAN SAVE YOU A GREAT DEAL ON SHIPPING! This is fine with us, but realize that you still need to let us know within one week of receipt if you want to return anything, so don't use this method unless you are certain you will want to keep your purchases.

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING (the actual cost of shipping plus $2 outside the U.S.)!
