Young Man with a Horn, the 1950 Michael Curtiz trumpet music romantic biographical melodrama ("Put down your trumpet, Jazzman - I'm in the mood for love!"; "Matchless Warner Excitement!"; "From the blazing best-seller, a picture with a wallop... from Warner Bros."; "From the novel by Dorothy Baker"; about a great white jazz trumpet player, based on the life of Bix Beiderbecke) starring Kirk Douglas (as Rick Martin), Lauren Bacall, Doris Day (in her fourth movie role), Hoagy Carmichael, and Juano Hernandez. Note that Harry James supplied the trumpet playing for Kirk Douglas!

Condition: very good. light vertical crease at left in the image background as well as minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card (more so around the edges); 1" tear in the upper right edge of the card; tack hole in the top and bottom of the left and right blank borders
