By all accounts, this is somewhat of a "forgotten masterpiece" by director Jerzy Skolimowski. It adapted from a 1929 novel by Robert Graves, and it has the very top English actors of that time, and it is reminiscent of films like "The Wicker Man" and "Don't Look Now", which are horror films in one sense, but intended for viewers who want more out of movies! Sadly, it is rarely mentioned, and it appears it had a very limited U.S. release (and we have never auctioned even one U.S. movie paper item from it!). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
