The Victor Talking Machine Company was an American record company and phonograph manufacturer, founded in 1901 by Eldridge R. Johnson and headquartered in Camden, New Jersey. In September 1906, Victor introduced the Victrola, a new line of talking machines with the turntable and amplifying horn tucked away inside a wooden cabinet. In 1926, the company was acquired by RCA, and was then known as RCA/Victor, and is known today as RCA Records

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had some paper loss, creases, and smudges around the edges, with some smudges in the background areas. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
