We have made it-' President Wilson"; "Buy a bond of the 2nd Liberty Loan and help win the war"; "A Liberty Bond is a United States Government bond") used to encourage people to buy war bonds, and featuring great artwork of President Woodrow Wilson

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few tears of varying lengths along portions of the upper and lower edge (partially repaired with clear tape from the back) and some lesser tears in the other two edges, but there is some paper loss at lower right (see our image). It is otherwise in generally nice condition.
