Condition: good to very good. There is 14" of separation in the left of the bottom foldline. There is a 1 1/2" x 1/2" piece out of the top right corner. There are several pairs of staple holes in each corner (some extend into the image background) as well as a few in the blank borders. There is a water stain in the upper left tagline, a 1" tear in the center of the left blank border, and red pencil writing in the right of the bottom blank border.
