C. Thomson & Co. Ltd of Dundee, Scotland. It was then re-launched as a magazine which featured short stories, reader contributions, knitting or sewing patterns, and celebrity gossip. My Weekly also produced short story collections, portrait portfolios and photo albums Important Added Info: Note that this Portrait Portfolio of Screen Stars (which was given away free with an issue of "My Weekly") contains 6 3/4" x 9" photos of stars on a heavyweight paper with an image on each side, including Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo, Clark Gable, Ramon Novarro, Ronald Colman and more! The portfolio has two small punch holes in the folder, and each of the interior images have the same two punch holes, so we suspect they may have once had a string or something similar running through those holes.
