An Original Vintage Unfolded World War I Poster (measures 20 1/2" x 27 1/2" [52 x 70 cm]) (Learn More)

1918 Spring Drive Liberty Loan, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bond poster encouraging people to help support the war effort, and featuring Wilson Craig art of a young lady holding a couple of bonds.

Artist: Wilson Craig

Condition: good to very good. There are a few tears of varying lengths around the edges that mostly affect the blank borders of the poster, however, there is a 1 1/4" tear at upper center. There is some spotty, slight discoloration mostly restricted to the lower right portion of the poster and along a horizontal line approximately 3-4" under the upper edge, with some light rippling. There are some small areas of blank border loss. The poster has nice color and after a relatively simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
