Important Added Info: Note that it was a common practice in the 1960s for theaters to use pre-printed 11" x 14" backgrounds that held 8" x 10" stills (there would be diagonal slits in the backgrounds that allowed the stills to be slipped in without being permanently attached). I have seen similar backgrounds in 14" x 36" sizes and in 22" x 28" sizes, but they are far more rare. Why were these created? Many theaters had frames designed for lobby cards, inserts, or half-sheets, but in the 1960s, many theaters slowly stopped ordering these sizes, so these pre-printed backgrounds allowed them to display stills instead in the frames originally designed for the other sizes. Most collectors used to discard these backgrounds and only keep the stills, so you see few of them. Note that, in this case, someone stapled the lobby cards on to the backgrounds at the top and bottom, likely to hold them in better.

Condition: good.
