An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Whispering Footsteps, the 1943 Howard Bretherton murder mystery mistaken identity crime thriller ("Original story by Gertrude Walker"; about a man who returns from vacation and hears that a young woman was killed in the place where he just was, and the description of the murderer matches him, and then, even worse, two young women are killed where he lives, and again, he fits the description!) starring John Hubbard, Rita Quigley, Joan Blair, Charles Halton, Cy Kendall, and Juanita Quigley NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. There is a large tear across the bottom of the title and a smaller tear at lower center extending into the woman's arm (repaired with tape from the front and back) as well as some tack holes and tears scattered around the edges of the poster.
