Kill!"; "Even the innocent girl who loved him was not safe ...once the full moon rose!") starring Clifford Evans, Oliver Reed (in the title role as the werewolf), Yvonne Romain, Catherine Feller, Anthony Dawson, Justin Walters, Richard Wordsworth, Loraine Carvana, and Michael Ripper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Joseph Smith Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were extremely well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear along the foldlines. There were a few small areas of paper loss in the blank borders and there was a diagonal crease in the lower left corner. There was a surface scuff in the "T" of second "THE" in the title at top right. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and displays well, but the restorer did not touch up the surface scuff in the top right corner (it would be easy for any restorer to touch that up without re-backing the poster).
