An Unfolded 1973 Commercial Poster (made to be sold directly to the public; measures 20" x 28" [51 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Creepy, the 1960s James Warren magazine that attempted to recreate the E.C. horror comics of the 1950s, hiring many of the top comic book artists of the day. Jim Warren had great success with Famous Monsters of Filmland, with Forrest J. Ackerman, and he had been a huge fan of EC Comics (E.C. Comics), and he wanted to create magazines that would be very similar to them, except that they could have more "adult" content, because they were magazines and not comic books. He hired as many of the then-still living E.C. artists as he could, including Frank Frazetta, who produced many covers for Warren Publications, and he also hired some of the best "newer" artists of the time. He also published "Eerie" and "Vampirella". Artist: Sanjulian Condition: very good to fine. The poster was never folded. It has light creases around the edges but otherwise it is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
