An Original Vintage Theatrical French 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Quai des Orfevres (released in English-speaking countries as "Quay of the Goldsmiths" and "Jenny Lamour"), the 1947 Henri-Georges Clouzot French romantic love triangle murder crime film noir (about a cabaret singer who wants to get better engagements, and she goes to a rich old man who can help her, but her jealous piano accompanist husband doesn't like that, and then the old man turns up dead) starring Louis Jouvet, Simone Renant, Bernard Blier, Suzy Delair (in the title role as Jenny Lamour), Pierre Larquey, Jeanne Fusier-Gir, Claudine Dupuis, and Charles Dullin. Note that director Clouzot's previous movie, The Raven, in 1943, had the unusual distinction of being banned by BOTH the French and the Nazis, and that resulted in him taking a 4 year break, and this was his next movie!

Important Added Info: Note that this is a country of origin still for this French movie.

Condition: good. There are tack holes at upper center and there are tiny stains and scuffs scattered throughout the still.
