Artist: John Alvin Important Added Info: Note that this is only the third example of this international style poster we have ever auctioned! It was stamped "FOR" which means it was printed for use outside the United States (there would also have been posters stamped "DOM" for use within the United States). Often, the "FOR" posters would have a different (sometimes racier) image than that for the one used in the United States. Condition: good to very good. The poster has darkened on back and in the blank borders. It has fine surface paper loss along portions of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this time period) that is mostly in the three horizontal folds, and the vertical foldline has a few tiny creases scattered along some areas (see our image). There are a few light creases scattered in various areas as well as a few more noticeable ones (mostly around the edges). After linenbacking the rare poster should display well.
