An Original Vintage Unfolded German World War II Poster (measures 23 1/4" x 33" [59 x 84 cm]) (Learn More) The National Socialist Flyers Corp (NSFK or Nationalsozialistisches Fliegerkorps) was a paramilitary organization of the Nazi party from 1937 to 1945. The organization was first led by Friedrich Christiansen. The NSFK conducted military aviation training in gliders and private airplanes, and was similar to the National Socialist Motor Corps (NSKK). Artist: Bulle Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and tears of varying lengths (generally 1" or less but some are larger) along portions of the edges. Some larger tears are along the left edge (see our image) and there is a large tear at upper center that extends into the symbol and there is a complete tear in the upper right corner. Most of the defects are repaired with tape from the back. The large tear at top has been backed with paper. Most of the tears appearing in the blue colored areas and a tape stain at upper right have had some amateur restoration. It appears to have been touched up with colored pencil, so after linenbacking with some proper restoration the very rare poster will display well, but bear in mind the above-mentioned defects and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
