Important Added Info: Note that this is a blueprint for the set at 187th Street (storefronts on 30th Avenue according to the blueprint). Our consignor lent the producers some set dressing materials and in return they gave him this cool blueprint!

Condition: very good. The item has creases scattered in various areas (as can be expected for an item likely passed around or used during production) but overall the unique item is in pretty nice condition!
