Note that this is one of the movies created during the time when Paramount Pictures was first beginning! At that time, it was solely a loose connection between top studios, who distributed together, and their films were noted as being "released on the Paramount Program". However, while the movie was created under "the Paramount Program", by the time the movie was actually released, it was "released by Paramount Pictures" (although the sole herald that we have auctioned refers to the Paramount Program, surely because it was printed prior to Paramount Pictures being formed).
