Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Sea Wolf, the classic 1941 Michael Curtiz seafaring sailor action adventure thriller ("Jack London's great novel of terror afloat"; based on the novel by Jack London) starring Edward G. Robinson (in the title role as the sadistic sea captain, "Wolf" Larsen, who follows Milton's philosophy, "better to reign in Hell than to serve in Heaven"), Ida Lupino, John Garfield, Alexander Knox, Gene Lockhart, Barry Fitzgerald (in one of his most memorable roles, as "Cooky"), Stanley Ridges, Francis McDonald, Howard de Silva, and Frank Lackteen

Condition: good. 1" vertical scratch in Robinson's nose at center

2" tear in the right edge of the card that slightly extending into the man at right's cheek (repaired with tape from the back) as well as a 3/4" tear and small paper loss in the top blank border; scuffs, smudges, and minor creases throughout the card; tiny tears in the left and bottom blank borders
