While we once owned this item, we did not auction it through eMoviePoster.com (which is why no price or date is listed) nor do we have it available for purchase. The Explorer, the 1931 Frank Moser Terry-Toons North Pole Arctic Circle animated animation family adventure cartoon comedy short ("by Frank Moser and Paul Terry") featuring Farmer Alfalfa (sometimes billed as "Farmer Al Falfa"). Note that Paul Terry had two great series of cartoons in the 1930s, Aesop's Fables and Terry-Toons. Sadly, for the vast majority of cartoons from both series, Terry only created "stock" one-sheets, with a small area for a snipe or overprinting on a specific cartoon (and this continued into the 1940s with Terry's Mighty Mouse). This cartoon, The Explorer, is a very happy exception to the above, because it received its own full art one-sheet, and it is one of very few such full art one-sheets that Terry created!
