Avec Le Sourire (released in the U.S. in 1939 as "With a Smile"), the 1936 Maurice Tourneur French romantic comedy (about a down-and-out Frenchman who gets advice to be more positive and to always smile, and he soon works his way up at a nightclub, and even manages to get his sexy dancer girlfriend to become the replacement for the star of the show) starring Maurice Chevalier, Andre Lefaur, Marie Glory, Milly Mathis, and Marcel Simon

Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this French movie! Also note that we feel certain that this poster is from the first French release in 1936. We have never auctioned another French poster from this movie! Note that this is an extremely rare French poster from right before World War II! Virtually no French posters survive from the mid 1940s or earlier. Apparently there were many paper shortages in France during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all posters from before World War II, and also from during the war, and the first few years afterwards!
