A Folded Spanish Advertising Poster (measures 30 1/4" x 43 1/4" [77 x 110 cm]) (Learn More) Vermouth Perucchi, the circa 1920s Spanish liquor alcohol advertising poster promoting the purchase of Perucchi vermouth (a fortified wine flavored with various botanicals). This poster features great artwork of a smiling couple watching as a red-winged cherub drinks the product. Note that Perucchi was founded in 1876 by Augustus Perucchi, and they still produce vermouth to this day If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: fair to good. The poster paper has become fragile over time and it is somewhat brittle and difficult to handle without damaging the edges. It has full separation in several portions of the folds and some large tears at upper and lower right and most of those defects are repaired with tape from the back. Certainly the poster could be restored and linenbacked and it would look great, but please bear in mind its defects and cost of restoration before placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
