Goulding silent canine dog comedy short ("Century Comedy"; about two messenger boys and their dog Brownie who are sent on an errand to bring a birthday cake to a little boy's party, but Brownie cant help himself and he ruins the cake, when they return one the boys almost gets spanked for the misdeed, but Brownie jumps in to help the boy and save the day!) starring Brownie the Wonder Dog, Johnny Fox, Jack Morgan, Ena Gregory, and Junior Delameter. Note that Brownie the Wonder Dog got his giant break in 1918 playing the title role in Charlie Chaplin's "A Dog's Life"! This led to major stardom and a series of shorts with his name above the title. He starred in 53 movies through 1923, at which point he hopefully retired at the peak of his fame! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have only auctioned a single lobby card from this movie and no other movie paper items from it until we were consigned these four lobby cards (three of which we have NEVER auctioned before!). Condition: good to very good. The card pictured at lower right has darkened and it has paint staining at upper left and several other defects that can be clearly seen in our super-sized image.
