An Unfolded German Art Exhibition Poster (measures 27 3/4" x 37 1/2" [70 x 95 cm]) (Learn More)

Sommer-U. Ferienhauser (literally translates to "Summer and Holiday Homes"), the 1908 German museum poster (with taglines that translate to "Summer and Holiday homes from the competition of the week"; "Model Exhibition") promoting an exhibition of models of typical upmarket Art Nouveau villas, that took place at the Kaiser Wilhelm Museum in Krefeld, Germany in August. Note that this poster features Josef Bichlmeier art of a large home.

Artist: Josef Bichlmeier

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded but it was lightly and partially folded back at one time at left (and there are a few smudges along that "wave" - see our image). It has a few minor blank border defects but it is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
