He was best known for his pioneering solid body electric guitar, and was an innovator in music recording, particularly with his use of overdubbing, multi track recording, and delay effects! Les Paul toured with country western Mary Ford from the 1940s until their divorce in 1964, and they recorded several country hits, including: How High the Moon, Whispering, and Tennessee Waltz. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 94. Important Added Info: Note that this photocopy (which is printed on a fairly heavyweight paper stock) has been personally autographed (signed) by Les Paul! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
