Capone, the 1975 Steve Carver Chicago Illinois biographical crime mafia gangster thriller ("Now, after 45 years the true story can be told!"; "The man who made the Twenties roar"; produced by Roger Corman) starring Ben Gazzara (in the title role as Al Capone), Harry Guardino, Susan Blakely, John Cassavetes, Frank Campanella, John Orchard, and Sylvester Stallone (as Frank Nitti)

Important Added Info: Note that Sylvester Stallone had a minor role in this movie (although he played legendary gangster Frank Nitti). After his enormous success in "Rocky", some clever Italian distributor re-released it with a prominent image of Stallone, and a large credit for him, PLUS his name at the top with an Oscar next to it. We bet Italian moviegoers were disappointed to discover that he was not the star of the movie! It appears that this re-release only occurred in Italy, and not in the U.S. or other countries.
