Arms and the Girl, the 1917 Joseph Kaufman silent World War I (WWI) Belgium romantic love triangle spy espionage melodrama (a wacky story of an American woman stranded in Belgium at the outbreak of World War I; her passport is stolen by a female Russian spy, and she gets arrested by the Germans, but she talks her way out of it, and then a fellow American she knew in the past is arrested and sentenced to death, and she tries to save him by claiming he is her fiance, and the German officer in charge orders them to be married before he is executed, but then they escape, and her fiance is not surprisingly angry that she married someone else, and they break up, and she realizes she does love the man she is married to!) starring Billie Burke ("By arrangement with Florenz Ziegfeld Jr."), Thomas Meighan, Louise Bates, J. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned two stills and a herald from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. There are a few smudges scattered in the card and a pinhole in each corner. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
