Important Added Info: Note that this style A one-sheet is rarely offered for sale. We have only auctioned three examples of it in all our years of auctioning, and only one in the last 14 years, and that example sold for $3,609! Also note that because of the value of this poster, and its specific condition defects, we have pictured the BACK of the poster in addition to the front so that bidders can better know exactly what restoration needs to be done. Condition: good. The poster has a very long uneven tear going through the "NOT" of the title and diagonally up into the background to the right of that fortunately missing the letters and staying in the background area. It also has an uneven tear in the "GR" of "GRANT" and in the background above that. It has a water stain in the bottom of the "T" in "GRANT" and in the background next to it. It has light water stains above and below the top and bottom folds, extending several inches above and below. Fortunately the above defects are VERY correctable through restoration! It is likely that much or all of the staining can be removed chemically, and after proper restoration this rare and desirable poster will display really well and likely not require much paint restoration.
