What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had three tears near the middle, in the top of the lower inset image, affecting the man riding the horse. It had some tears and paper loss in the left half of the fold, and some pinholes and small paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
