Beauty and the Beast, the classic 1991 Gary Trousdale & Kirk Wise Walt Disney animated animation cartoon romantic fantasy musical ("The most beautiful love story ever told."; with wonderful songs with lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken; very loosely based on the classic novel by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) featuring the voices of Paige O'Hara (as Belle), Robby Benson (as The Beast, and he swears it was his own unamplified voice!), Richard White (as Gaston), Angela Lansbury (as Mrs. Potts), Jerry Orbach (as Lumiere), David Ogden Stiers (as both Cogsworth and the narrator), Bradley Pierce (as Chip), and Rex Everhart (as Maurice)

Important Added Info: The sericel has been placed in a triple mat. Note that this sericel comes with a "certificate of authenticity" from Gallery Lainzberg, plus a sticker from the gallery attached to the back of the mat, along with a separate certificate of authenticity from The Walt Disney Company.

Condition: very good. This was originally in a frame with Plexiglas, and there is a sticker on the back warning about cleaning the Plexiglas, but the matted sericel was removed from the frame, and that is what we are auctioning (and somebody pulled the top mat off to look at the sericel, but it is mostly attached with double-stick tape and can easily be quickly re-attached).
