A 1995 Re-release Vintage Theatrical Folded British Quad Movie Poster (BQ; Quad Crown; measures approximately 30" x 40") (Learn More) Alphaville, Une Etrange Aventure de Lemmy Caution (released in the U.S. as "Jean-Luc Godard's Alphaville: A Strange Adventure of Lemmy Caution"), the 1965 Jean-Luc Godard French/Italian science fiction (sci-fi) dystopian future romantic thriller ("Suddenly the word is Alphaville... And a secret agent is in a breathless race against the masters of the future!") starring Eddie Constantine (star of American crime movies which Godard admired and so he cast him in the lead in this movie!; as Lemmy Caution), Anna Karina, Akim Tamiroff, Howard Vernon, and Christa Lang NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this British quad was folded vertically three times and horizontally once. Because of this, this quad could either be sent in one of our oversized flat packages or in a tube, but the tube will likely cost less than the oversized flat package (because even when the poster is fully folded, it will not fit in our standard mailers). If the poster is purchased with items that MUST be sent flat, than it would likely be better to re-fold this item, so all the items can be sent in a single flat package. But please realize that because this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time it is likely that the creases have diminished and therefore re-folding the poster will likely bring some of those creases back, but we leave that decision as to whether or not to re-fold the poster up to the individual buyer of this item.
