Bert Wheeler was one-half of the famous comedy team, Wheeler & Woolsey (the other half was Robert Woolsey). They were extremely popular in screwball comedies in the 1930s, but sadly, they are largely forgotten today, except by film buffs. Some of their movies include: Rio Rita, Hips Hips Hooray, Dixiana, The Nitwits, and Kentucky Kernels AND Robert Woolsey was an actor and comedian from the 1920s to the 1930s.
