An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Killer Diller, the 1948 Josh Binney all-black African American musical comedy ("An All-American Feature Presentation") starring Nat 'King' Cole (the incredibly talented black African American singer, who appeared in a number of movies; billed solely as "King Cole Trio"), Dusty Fletcher (billed as "Dusty 'Open the Door Richard' Fletcher"), Butterfly McQueen (famous for her role in Gone With the Wind, playing a "Gracie Allen-like" scatterbrained character!), Andy Kirk and his Band, Moms Mabley (billed as "Jackie Mabley"), and Nellie Hill. Note that the one-sheet for this movie has headshot images of all the stars. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned five lobby cards from this movie but we have NEVER before auctioned this scene card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. There are three tack holes and a few faint smudges in the lower right of the inset image, with a few others around the edges. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition.
