Condition: very good. Note that there are five pages, printed both sides; two pages have some areas of light rippling from exposure to moisture; each page has darkened somewhat with age (more so around the edges); a few 1" and smaller tears as well as some areas of paper loss around the edges of the pages in the blank borders (see the image below)
