She is best known for her title role in Walt Disney's Alice comedy shorts (which merged live action of young Miss Davis with Walt Disney's animated characters, including mice, but not Mickey, because he wasn't created yet!). Some of her movies include: Alice and the Dog Catcher, Murder at the Vanities, and The Harvey Girls. She passed away in 2009 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Virginia Davis! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic.
