McLeod romantic marriage wedding musical screwball comedy ("Papa didn't give the bride away... he paid to get rid of her!"; "Goofie Gracie meets romance at last!"; "A musicomedy laid in the marry, marry month of June!") starring Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians (the popular bandleader of the 1930s who became famous for his yearly rendition of "Auld Lang Sang" every New Year's Eve, as himself in a cameo role), George Burns, Gracie Allen, George Barbier, Joan Marsh, and Franklin Pangborn. Note that this was a screwball comedy starring Burns & Allen, then super popular on the radio. The movie included musical numbers from Guy Lombardo and dance routines by Veloz and Yolanda. Oddly, Lombardo was given top billing on the movie paper! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the herald would normally have been folded, but this one was not, which is a big plus, because of the interior 2-page spread, which has no fold. Condition: good.
