An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More) The Sultan's Daughter, the 1943 Arthur Dreifuss Arabian romantic musical melodrama starring Ann Corio (in the title role as Patra), Tim Ryan, Irene Ryan (both Ryans billed together as "Tim and Irene"), Charles Butterworth (in the title role as Sultan of Araband), Fortuna Bonanova, Edward Norris, and Freddie Fisher & his Orchestra. Note that Ann Corio was a famous stripper at Minsky's Burlesque Theater in New York City. In 1940, she was said to have been paid $1,000 a week, plus a percentage of the gross! She appeared in a handful of movies in the early 1940s, and this was one of them. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press.
