An Original Vintage Theatrical Window Card Movie Poster (measures 13 3/4" x 19 3/4") (Learn More) Dangerous Nan McGrew, the 1930 Malcolm St. Clair Canadian nnorthwest romantic comedy (a parody of the famous poem and movie "The Shooting of Dan McGrew") starring Helen Kane ("The boop-boopa-doop girl"; in the title role), Victor Moore, James Hall, Stuart Erwin, Frank Morgan, Louise Closser Hale, and Roberta Robinson. Note that star Helen Kane had become immensely popular with her song "Boop-Boopa-Doop", and the song became the trademark of Betty Boop, the sexy female cartoon character (which was why Helen Kane was billed as "The Boop-Boopa-Doop Girl"). Important Added Info: Note that this window card has had its blank top trimmed and it now measures 13 3/4" x 19 3/4". This window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: fair to good. The entire card has darkened somewhat. There are tears and areas of paper loss around the edges of the card, but fortunately, the image and titles are almost completely unaffected by the damage.
