An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Movie Window Card (WC; measures 14" x 22" [36 x 56 cm]) (Learn More) Whipsaw, the 1935 Sam Wood romantic jewel thief crime melodrama ("The girl you've been waiting for!"; with cinematography by James Wong Howe; about a trio of jewel thieves, one of whom is the beautiful Myrna Loy; Spencer Tracy is an undercover cop who joins the gang, and Loy falls in love with him, but he still arrests her when he arrests the other gang members!) starring Myrna Loy ("The girl you've been waiting for!"), Spencer Tracy, Harvey Stephens, William Harrigan, and John Qualen NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that the card measures very slightly under 14" x 22" (an extremely tiny amount in each direction!) and has no left, right, or bottom blank borders, but it has NOT been trimmed (this was done at a time when MGM was experimenting with having as few borders as possible). Condition: good to very good. There is a 1/2" of light staining scattered across the bottom border and some uneven darkening in the upper left, extending into the yellow background areas at left, and also slightly in the rest of the yellow. There is some scuffing in the purple at middle right. Other than the above, the card is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
