Important Added Info: Note that these are NOT the regular lobby cards from this movie, but they ARE from the movie's first release in 1939, and represent part of an amazing find. Sometime in the late 1930s, some of the studios experimented with an alternate kind of lobby card, which was called "color-glos" (and glos IS spelled with one "s"!). They are far more rare than regular color lobby cards or stills. In the past, we have auctioned, in single lots, single color-glos stills from Gone With the Wind, and some have sold for over $1500 each! This is an incredible opportunity to obtain most of the set of color-glos stills from this most classic movie at one time! IMPORTANT ADDED INFO! For the first 12 hours that this auction was online, the condition field read "very good" instead of "good" (due to a typo). The lengthy condition description is completely accurate, and the stills are in "good" condition. Condition: good. These color-glos stills have had the borders removed and they now measure 10" x 13 1/4" [25 x 34 cm]. There are glue stains on the back of each still that do not appear to have any effect on the front. There are some very minor scuff marks in the right of the 'title card' and there are some very minor scuffs and creases scattered throughout the stills. Other than having the borders removed, the stills are overall in very nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
