Artist: Paolo Tarquini Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned an example of this poster before! It is an extremely rare Italian poster printed relatively soon after World War II! Virtually no Italian posters survive from during or right after World War II. Apparently there were many paper shortages in Europe during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all posters from before World War II, and also from during the war, and the first few years afterwards. Also note that this Italian one-sheet measures 27 1/2" x 39 1/2" [70 x 100 cm]. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has pinholes around the edges and it has slightly darkened (see our image). It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
