eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result 9t0993 THREE MISSING LINKS 8x10 still 1941 Three Stooges, Moe, Larry & Curly w/stained face, rare! Date Sold 9/28/2021Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Three Missing Links, the 1938 Jules White Africa film-making slapstick comedy short (the Stooges are janitors at a Hollywood studio, and they get hired to be in a movie filmed on location in Africa, and Moe and Larry play natives and Curly plays a gorilla, and a real gorilla takes an interest in him!) starring The Three Stooges (Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Howard), Monte Collins, and Ray 'Crash' Corrigan (as the man in the really fake ape suit!). Note that Crash Corrigan made a REALLY wise investment in the 1930s, when he bought a "gorilla suit". In many of the movies in the 1940s where there is a fake gorilla, it is played by Crash Corrigan, no doubt because he could supply the suit! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never previously auctioned anything from this movie until we received this still! Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
